This photograph has three conditions under which I can use it. The first is attribution, which means I must properly cite this image in order to use it. Also, the noncommercial condition inhibits me from using this image for commercial purposes in order to make a profit. Last, under share alike, if I choose to transform this image, I must distribute my final product under the same license as the original.

There are two ways that I could use this photo. My first option is contacting the
people from the Encyclopedia Britannica and ask them for permission to use their
image. An alternative is using this image exactly how it is, meaning if I use it in my
presentation then I would discuss this image exactly how it is portrayed on the
website, depicting the harsh treatment of animals in circuses.
